Strathberry - Meeting Room

Overview

Strathberry is an Edinburgh-based and internationally known brand specialising in luxury leather goods, founded in 2013.

Strathberry were looking for a Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) Videoconferencing System which would be installed within their newly refurbished Library meeting room, the main criterial for the system was ease of use, excellent video and audio quality and due to the décor and layout of the room, minimum cabling.

After some discussions and demonstrations of various options, the Yealink MeetingBar A30 was chosen. The A30 offers high performance and a compact form factor, it is ideal for use in small to medium spaces. The all-in-one USB video bar provides users with a quality video and voice experience, it is paired with the Yealink CT18 touch panel to initiate calls, share content and adjust camera settings. The addition of the Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Pod provided trouble-free content-sharing from laptops from the meeting room desk.

A Samsung 65" Professional Display with non-glare screen and 4k resolution was specified. With narrow bezels and a symmetrical design it allows for seamless integration into any environment with simplified mounting and installation.

On completion of the installation and a run through of the equipment with staff, Strathberry now have a fully functional meeting space where Videoconferencing and stand-alone presentations can be set-up and arranged in minutes.
