Green Cat Hydrogen - Meeting Room

Requirements

Green Cat Hydrogen invited us to look at their new offices in St Vincent Street, Glasgow and advise on a suitable Presentation and Conferencing solution.

The main requirements included:

• The solution should be compatible with any of the popular Video Conferencing applications and deliver high quality images along with full room microphone and audio coverage
• It should include an easy-to-use wireless connection for Presentations and Conferencing minimising clutter and cables on the meeting room table and across the floor

The Solution

Our proposal detailed the following equipment:

• Yealink UVC40 Videobar features a high-quality AI-powered camera, microphone arrays and speaker, all of which are integrated into a single device
• Barco Clickshare CX-20 wireless conferencing and Presentation System enables wireless conferencing in small meeting spaces. When you walk into the meeting room, ClickShare automatically connects you to room devices like cameras, mics, speakers, sound bars and displays
• LG 55” Commercial Display with B-Tech BTV513 Ultra-slim double arm articulating bracket which allowed the display to be mounted within a corner position

Summary

The new equipment has provided enhanced Presentation and video conferencing capability with high quality audio and video for Green Cat Hydrogen’s staff and visitors.
