Alive DX - LED Videowall

Requirements

We were approached by Alive DX, seeking guidance on how to improve the video and audio quality of their staff meetings.

These meetings are conducted using Microsoft Teams, in a Town Hall format within the Atrium and mezzanine level of their building, creating unique challenges for sound clarity and visual engagement.

Our objective was to assess their current setup and recommend solutions that would enhance the overall experience for both in-person attendees and remote participants.

The Solution

To enhance the audio experience for Alive DX’s Town Hall meetings, the following professional-grade equipment was deployed:

• Audio-Technica ATDM-0604a Digital Smart Mixer that provides advanced automatic mixing capabilities, ensuring clear and balanced audio across multiple microphones and sources
• Biamp REVAMP4120T 4-Channel Power Amplifier that delivers reliable amplification for distributed speaker systems, maintaining consistent sound quality throughout the Atrium and mezzanine
• 1 pair of JBL 64P Compact Full-Range Pendant Speakers, ideal for high-ceiling areas, offering wide coverage and clear sound within the mezzanine level
• 5 pairs of JBL Control 23-1 Compact Cabinet Speakers, mounted strategically to provide even sound distribution across the mezzanine and Atrium areas
• HIK Vision DS-D4015BW LED Display, configured as a video wall measuring 300 x 169 cm, wall-mounted within the Atrium for maximum visibility
• DS-DT60C LED Controller that enables dual input functionality for seamless switching between Microsoft Teams and Digital Signage content
